The Friends of Saxonbury House Surgery (FOSH) is an independent charitable
group. Its role is to provide additional funding to support and extend the facilities
available to the doctors and staff at the Surgery so that the best possible service
can be offered to the patients.
This Charitable Group is made up of patients of the surgery who pay a small annual
subscription to join and is administered by a committee of volunteers. FOSH is
indebted to them for their annual contributions .
FOSH is keen to welcome new members and application forms to join the group
can be obtained from the Surgery reception. Click here
New families joining the practice should receive a FOSH application form in their
welcome pack.
