The Friends of Saxonbury House Surgery (FOSH) is an independent charitable group. Its role is to provide additional funding to support and extend the facilities available to the doctors and staff at the Surgery so that the best possible service can be offered to the patients.
This Charitable Group is made up of patients of the surgery who pay a small annual subscription to join and is administered by a committee of volunteers.
We have had 2 very successful years as funds raised by subscriptions and donations were boosted by the addition of a legacy. This boost led to much support for the surgery, new medical equipment, training for staff and facilities to improve security for staff and patient data.
We can only continue this level of support with a thriving membership and currently from 9000+ patients we only have 150 members.
We need you to join us so we can continue this work.
It would be great if you decided to download the application form today! An annual payment of £10 per individual or £20 per family is all it takes to support the surgery!
FOSH is keen to welcome new members and application forms to join the group
can be obtained from the Surgery reception. Click here
New families joining the practice should receive a FOSH application form in their
welcome pack.
